With experience gained at global firms. Simon has worked across a diverse range of sectors including strategy, growth advisory and organisational transformation. His career has been defined by a deep commitment to helping organisations grow sustainably, innovate purposefully and deliver lasting impact.

Simon has guided businesses and non-profits alike through complex challenges, unlocking opportunities and building strong values-driven teams. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and operational excellence will be key in driving Convert Muslim Foundation’s mission forward.

Simon converted to Islam 20 years ago and is deeply passionate about supporting the convert Muslim journey. His purpose-lead leadership is inspired by the opportunity to apply his skills in service of a cause that delivers real enablement for individuals and communities.

As CEO, Simon is focussed on building strong partnerships, increasing CMF’s visibility and effectiveness, and ensuring that our programs meet the needs of those we serve.

In his down-time Simon enjoys photography, painting, travelling and his growing brood of 7 grandchildren.
