Lucy is a governance consultant and trainer who helps faith-based charities lead with clarity, purpose, and integrity. She has served as COO of the National Zakat Foundation, is a Trustee and Treasurer of UK Charity Respect and is on the Faculty of Faith in Leadership. Lucy is a TEDx speaker, and regular contributor to BBC Radio 2’s Pause for Thought. A Cambridge University Economics graduate with an MSc and a qualified management accountant, she brings a blend of technical expertise, practical insight, and deep care for the people she works with. Lucy is author of ‘Welcome to Islam - a convert’s tale’ (Bloomsbury) and has been Muslim since university days.
