From the Seerah we are made gently but acutely aware of the leadership skills and mutually respectful and supportive relationships that he, Rasul SAW, established and sustained throughout his life and beyond. Our goal is to help develop dedicated, resourceful and skilled leaders through purposefully designed leadership programmes and management workshops that will support our community and develop its potential. It is hoped that these transformative programmes will raise self-awareness and encourage members of the community to become part of a vibrant futuristic vision for the Convert Muslim community in the UK and beyond.
