Our team leaders, supported by our spiritual advisors, want to design and deliver tailored support to meet the multi-tiered levels of spiritual guidance and practical training necessary for our growing and developing community. It is hoped that this will enrich and empower those delivering contextualised education that will assist the convert community, individually, collectively and by means of their own immediate families, to live spiritually infused and positively productive lives. It requires us to address aspects of need such as spiritual harmony, innovative vision, community autonomy, practical needs, available resources, timescales and relevant outcomes as a means towards ensuring this bespoke provision will help in supporting the convert community’s journey forward.
